Roles
- Continuously improve and develop the site
- Listen to player suggestions
- Manage the Site Director
- Handle technical questions that the Site Director needs help with
- Ensure that this is the best cribbage site on the Internet
Site Director = Sgt Pegger
Roles
- Ensure social well-being of site
- Manage personnel changes
- Handle unruly / vulgar / profane players, ban players when necessary
- Handle customer service for the site
- Provide light technical support for the site
- Handle support emails to eCribbage
- Monitor wall, ensure conflicts are moved to proper forum (ie 1 on 1)
- Manage League Director, Tournament Directors, and Lead Greeter.
- Handle conflicts between staff members and or players.
- Report issues to founder
League Director = Absent / NethabyLane
Roles
- Handle all comments / complaints / queries related to league play
- Coordinate with League Captains
- Ensure league play is running smoothly
- Make changes to league teams when necessary (inactive players, player changes)
- Promote league play
- Remind inactive teams to finish matches, remove inactive teams
- Report issues to the Site Director
ACC Tournament Manager = SallyAnn3
Roles
- Manage ACC Tournament Directors
- Coordinate with ACC leaders
- Book the ACC tournaments
- Send results to the ACC
- Report quitters to the ACC
Asst. ACC Tournament Manager = MistressofCribbage / Peg Whisperer
Roles
- Fulfill ACC Tournament Manager roles
- Work closely with ACC Tournament Manager on all issues
- Take over for ACC Tournament Manager when they are away
TD Training Coordinator = JJx7fan
Roles
- Recruit and oversee the training of new TDs
- Manage tournament director trainees
- Watch the progress and development of new trainees. Check in and sit with new TDs
- Assign new TDs to experienced TDs spreading the workload appropriately
- Recommend which trainees become permanent TDs
- Help upkeep TD manual
- Work with the Site Director to handle comments, complaints and queries relating to Tournament Director trainees
- Handle unruly / vulgar / profane players, ban players when necessary
- Report issues to the Site Director
Asst. TD Training Coordinator
Roles
- Fulfill TD Training Coordinator roles
- Work closely with TD Training Coordinator on all issues
- Take over for TD Training Coordinator when they are away
TD Scheduling Coordinator = MissJulie
Roles
- Ensure tournament slots are filled and running smoothly
- Handle scheduling changes / requests from TDs
- Keep schedule up to the minute
- Distribute tournaments evenly / fairly
- Plan daily / weekly recurring tournaments with TDs
- Help upkeep TD manual
- Work with the Site Director to handle comments, complaints and queries relating to tournaments
- Handle unruly / vulgar / profane players, ban players when necessary
- Report issues to the Site Director
Asst. TD Scheduling Coordinator
Roles
- Fulfill TD Scheduling Coordinator roles
- Work closely with TD Scheduling Coordinator on all issues
- Take over for TD Scheduling Coordinator when they are away
Lead Greeter = Basketsue
Roles
- Recruit and Train new Greeters
- Manage Greeters
- Assist Greeters with handling of unruly / vulgar / profane players when needed
- Greet new players
- Spend time daily to help new players and existing players navigate the site
- Promote the site, help retain the new players
- Help players get into games, teach them variants
- Mute abusive / vulgar / profane players, report these players
- Report issues to the Site Director
Tournament Directors
Roles
- Schedule tournaments in assigned time slots
- Ensure diverse range of tournaments added
- Help direct players on navigating tournaments
- Award trophies, ribbons, prizes, mark strikes, remove invalid saved games
- Report abusive players to TD Training/Scheduling Managers or the Site Director
- Be Friendly and helpful to players when running tournaments
- Report issues to TD Training/Scheduling Managers or the Site Director
- Keep track of feedback and request tournament feature improvements to TD Training or Scheduling Managers
Greeters
Roles
- Greet new players
- Maintain and promote friendly atmosphere in lounges and on the wall
- Spend time daily to help new players and existing players navigate the site
- Promote the site, help retain the new players
- Help players get into games, teach them variants
- Mute abusive / vulgar / profane players, report these players
- Report issues to Lead Greeter or the Site Director
League Captains
Roles
Coordinate team members
Pump up team and give encouragement to their teammates
Report problems to the League Director
Encourage teammates to try to get their maximum number of games in for the month
Ensure that their team is of pro status for the month
