Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve and develop the site
- Listen to player suggestions
- Oversee the Site Director and Site Administrator
- Handle issues that the Site Director/Administrator can't
- Ensure that this is the best cribbage site on the internet
Site Director = Sgt Pegger
Responsibilities:
- Ensure social well-being of site
- Handle customer service for site
- Provide light technical support for site
- Handle support emails to ecribbage
- Manage personnel changes
- Monitor wall, ensure conflicts are moved to proper forum (ie 1 on 1)
- Manage Tournament Directors, League Director and Helping Hands Director.
- Handle conflicts between staff members and or players.
- Handle abusive / vulgar / profane players ban players when necessary
- Report issues to Damien
Site Administrator = JJx7Fan
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service for the site
- Provide technical support for the site
- Handle support emails to eCribbage
- Work with Damien to improve and update the site
- Work with the Site Director to improve and update the site
- Work with the Helping Hands Director to identify new players
- Notify Site Director of abusive / vulgar / profane players, mute and/or ban when immediate action is required
- Report issues to Damien
Training Manager = JJx7fan
Responsibilities
- Recruit and oversee the training of new TDs
- Manage tournament director trainees
- Watch the progress and development of new trainees. Check in and sit with new TDs
- Assign new TDs to experienced TDs spreading the workload appropriately
- Recommend which trainees become permanent TDs
- Help upkeep TD manual
- Work with Site Director to handle comments, complaints and inquires relating to Tournament Director trainees
- Notify Site Director of abusive / vulgar / profane players, mute and/or ban players when immediate action is required
- Report issues to Site Director
Helping Hands Director = Boondocky1
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train new Helping Hands greeters
- Manage Helping Hands greeters
- Send email to all new players welcoming them to the site
- Work with the Site Administrator to identify new players
- Keep other HH Greeters updated on the HH wall about your interactions with new players, helping keep duplications to a minimum
- Notify Site Director of abusive / vulgar / profane players, mute when immediate action is required
- Report issues to Site Director
Assistant Helping Hands Director = Magister
Responsibilities
- Help recruit and train new Helping Hands greeters
- Scan the lounges looking for new players, PM them and offer assistance
- Work with the HH director to schedule "help sessions" with new players
- Keep other HH Greeters updated on the HH wall about your interactions with new players, helping keep duplications to a minimum
- Promote the site, help retain the new players
- Help players get into games and teach them variants
- Assist TDs with greeting or player assistance when asked
- Notify Site Director of abusive / vulgar / profane players, mute when immediate action is required
- Work closely with the HH Director on all issues and take over when they are away
- Report issues to HH Director or the Site Director
League Directors = Absent / NethabyLane
Responsibilities
- Handle all comments, complaints, inquires related to league play
- Coordinate with League Captains
- Ensure league play is running smoothly
- Make changes to league teams when necessary (inactive players, player changes)
- Promote league play
- Remind inactive teams to finish matches, remove inactive teams
- Report issues to Site Director
Tournament Directors
Responsibilities
- Schedule tournaments in assigned time slots
- Ensure diverse range of tournaments added
- Help direct players on navigating tournaments
- Be Friendly and helpful to players when running tournaments
- Award trophies, ribbons, prizes, mark strikes, remove invalid saved games
- Notify Site Director of abusive / vulgar / profane players, mute when immediate action is required
- Report technical issues to the Site Director or Site Administrator/li>
Helping Hands Greeters
Responsibilities

- Pump up team and give encouragement to teammates
- Report problems to the League Director
- Encourage teammates to try to get their maximum number of games in for the month
- Ensure that each member of their team has PRO status
ACC Commissioner = SallyAnn3
Responsibilities
- Schedule ACC tournaments
- Manage ACC Tournament Directors
- Coordinate with ACC leaders
- Send results to the ACC
- Handle ACC ethics issues
Assistant ACC Tournament Managers = Sgt Pegger / JJx7Fan
Responsibilities
- Fulfill ACC Tournament Manager roles
- Work closely with ACC Tournament Manager on all issues
- Take over for the ACC Tournament Manager when they are away
ACC Tournament Directors

- Host on your scheduled days or find a replacement in unable
- Help direct players on navigating tournaments
- Be friendly and helpful to players when running tournaments
- Award trophies, ribbons, prizes, mark strikes and removed invalid saved games
